Due to the custom nature of our work all sales are final. We do stand behind our products and will gladly exchange merchandise that is damaged during shipping or is defective, or if we have shipped you the wrong product, quantity, or size, as a result of our error. Returns are accepted on a case-by-case basis. To return an item, you must notify us at leighkinne@bellsouth.net within 24 hours or receipt of the defective product.
